Joe is a commercially minded, highly effective Career Development and Outplacement specialist with more than 25 years Senior Executive business experience for a FTSE 100 organisation within Financial Services. Joe has an accomplished track record of providing senior individuals and board level professionals with practical Career Guidance, Transition and Business development across many sectors. Joe is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
Based near Winchester in Hampshire and working in London and throughout the South, Joe has successfully launched his own business, holds two Non-Executive Directorships and through his wide range of trusted relationships at CEO, Director and Business owner level is an impressive peer level adviser and excellent sounding board.
Elite sport & career transition
With his lifelong passion for many sports and innovative thinking on development, Joe enjoys combining the two areas. He has worked closely with leading sporting personalities from rugby- Sir Clive Woodward, cricket- Shane Warne, athletics-Frank Dick, rowing- Ben Hunt- Davis and sailing- Sir Ben Ainslie to gain unique insight into the winning mentality of elite sporting stars. When appropriate, Joe shares this understanding to enhance the support he provides.
